Lessons From a 400 Year Old Samurai-Miyamoto Musashi 21 Lines of Wisdom.

Musashi Authored a famous book called The Book of Five Rings which is still studied today for its wisdom and philosophy on how to live “the way of the warrior” . Miyamoto Musashi born in 1584, he was an legendary Japanese swordsman, a renowned warrior and his teachings are still studied today, but most importantly, his rules for life are incredibly inspirational. He was famous for using two swords at once. He went his entire life undefeated as a Ronin winning over 60 duels in the process. According to his text, ‘The Way of Walking Alone’ Dokkodo this is how we must all live our lives: 1. Accept everything just the way it is. 2. Do not seek pleasure for its own sake. 3.
